Studio Based

As aerial yoga required a lot of practice we may add another half day in the studio if students feel this would be beneficial.

Equipment Required

We strongly recommend that anyone attending the training invest in an aerial sling / silk to practice at home. We can advice the best to buy and how to hang them safely at home. Please contact us for info.

Who Should Attend?

The course is suitable for qualified Yoga Teachers who have completed a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training course, who will become qualified to lead Aerial Yoga classes upon successful completion of the course.

The class is also suitable for non-teaching Aerial practitioners, who do not want to teach classes, but would like to deepen their understanding and knowledge around Aerial Yoga. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive either a Certificate of Completion or Certificate of Attendance, dependant upon their teaching qualification status at that time.
