In order to sign up to classes at the studio we ask you to provide contact information comprising your name, an e-mail and postal address, a contact number for you and a third-party contact number in case of emergency.

We may ask for further information in order to develop and tailor the services we offer including offers, workshops, training, studio news, timetable news, courses for teachers and other studio related information. There is no obligation for you to provide this further information if you don’t want to.

You have the right to inform us in writing or by email if you no longer want us to hold your data.

We will also ask you to complete a Registration Form when you sign up for your first class which includes health and medical questions in order that we can be aware of any matters that are relevant to you and your practice. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for health risks related to practicing yoga, pilates and other classes and your responsibilities in connection with those risks.

Data Security

The use of data provided to us is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any payment transactions carried out by us and/or our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted. We employ SSL cryptographic protocol and security technology for securing communications on the internet and authenticating the communicating parties. Where you have a password that gives you access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
