Hi we're Guy and Cindy.

Following busy professional careers in the corporate world, we decided it was time to step back from the rat-race and share our lifelong passion for yoga. We wanted to create a place where everyone can experience their own yoga journey, and grow to appreciate and accept their bodies, minds and lives.

  • Both originally Hot Yoga practitioners, we had the opportunity to spent a magical three years in India immersed in the history and tradition of yoga in the place of its birth

    We then returned to our home in rural Worcestershire where we have been teaching yoga from our garden studio, the "original" Zen Shed.

  • Today, we’re dedicated to sharing the benefits and joy of yoga in diverse forms with you. We teach Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Hot Yoga. We’re also trained in various meditation techniques, yoga nidra, gong therapy and Indian head massage.

FAQ's

Yes!  Yoga will help improve your flexibility and strength.  It is also good for the mind to just slow things down and give you a general sense of wellbeing.  

Yoga is open to men and women of all ages and abilities.  It is important to work at your own pace and capability and let your ego have a rest during the class.
